This is a valuable opportunity for those who wish to better understand their positioning, identify areas for growth, and prepare for future board roles.
The process may continue, on a voluntary basis, with personalized coaching sessions offered under exclusive terms, reserved for members only.

Competency Mapping and Board-Ready CVs

Each member will have access to a one-on-one competency mapping session, aimed at enhancing their profile with a board perspective.
Through a guided conversation with an expert, members will be able to identify the most relevant experiences and skills for governance roles, and build a curriculum vitae aligned with the standards expected by recruiters and executive search firms.
