Born in Verona on September 18, 1965, she is a freelance professional and holds positions as statutory auditor, legal auditor, member of supervisory bodies, director, and technical consultant appointed by the court.
Current positions as statutory auditor: CIV S.p.A. (Chair of the Board of Auditors with legal audit), Bcc di Verona e Vicenza Credito Cooperativo (statutory auditor and member of the Supervisory Body), Socado S.r.l. (statutory auditor). From April 2018 to December 2022, she served as Independent Director of G.P.I. S.p.A.
