Marina Natale

Marina Natale graduated with honors in Economics and Business from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan. She is currently Senior Advisor at Kitra S.p.A., an independent FIG advisory boutique recently established and focused on M&A and Alternative Investments.

She served as Chief Executive Officer and General Manager of AMCO – Asset Management Company S.p.A. from July 2017 to the end of August 2023, where she was responsible for creating a leading player in the management of non-performing exposures, a key reference point in the Italian NPE market, serving the country and the real economy.

Marina Natale has held several positions at UniCredit, including Deputy General Manager and CFO, after managing the Group’s most significant external growth transactions.

She currently sits on the Board of Directors of Nexi S.p.A. (since December 2021) and on the Board of Directors of ERG S.p.A. (since April 2024).

She was previously a member of the Board of Directors of WeBuild S.p.A. until April 2024, and of Fiera Milano until July 2022, where she also served as CEO from April 2017 to July 2017. She was also a member of the Investors’ Committee of the Italian Recovery Fund (formerly Atlante II) until July 2023.
