Our approach to corporate governance

Membership of the Board Ahead Association is reserved for professionals who share the association’s values and who can make a concrete contribution to its mission.

To apply, please send:

• an up-to-date curriculum vitae;
• a letter of motivation indicating:
  • the contribution you intend to make to the Association,
  • the value you can bring to a Board of Directors;
  • the names of two ABA members who support your application.

Admission is reserved for candidates who are nominated by at least two ABA members and who meet at least one of the following requirements:

• be currently, or have been in the last five years, a member of a corporate governance or control body;
• have attended training courses on corporate governance promoted by leading universities or business schools;
• have held senior management positions (C-level) in listed companies;
• be engaged in academic activities in the economic or legal field;
• be a partner in a strategic consulting firm.
