Adelina Di Pietro

She is a Chartered Accountant, Statutory Auditor, and Sustainability Auditor, with experience in Boards of Directors, Boards of Statutory Auditors, Supervisory Bodies pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree No. 231/2001, Independent Evaluation Bodies, statutory audit, and advisory activities for public entities, public companies, and state-owned/participated companies. She has worked, including through ongoing appointments, with organizations such as TERNA, ACEA ATO 2, AMIU Puglia, SOGESID, IFEL Campania, and AOU Federico II of Naples.

She graduated with honors in Economics and Management and is currently a PhD candidate in Finance, Markets, and Regulation at Roma Tre University.

Her postgraduate education includes advanced specialization programs in environmental and water services regulation, performance management, corporate governance of publicly owned companies, and sustainability, completed at the University of Siena, Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna of Pisa, University of Ferrara, LUISS Business School, and Sole 24 Ore Business School.
