Alessandro Bonfiglioli

Graduated with honors in Economics and Business from the University of Bologna, Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor. He holds a Master’s in Business Management from Profingest and completed executive programs at Assogestioni, IGDS Zurich, and Harvard Business School (USA). Expert in corporate governance and sustainability, he earned the CESGA (Certified ESG Analyst) certification from Polimi Graduate School of Management and the Diploma in Corporate Governance Board Academy Luiss – Assogestioni.
He is Senior Advisor at Grimaldi Alliance, member of Boards of Directors of private and listed companies, member of internal board committees, scientific and advisory boards of public and private foundations, Trustee and investment committee member in Private Equity and Venture Capital funds.
Since 2007, he has been Associate Professor at Bologna University Business School, where he teaches Industrial Design and Design Driven Innovation Global MBA, Master in Business Management, and Italian Premium Brands, and since 2014 he has been Scientific Director of the Executive Master in Entrepreneurship.
