About

Since 2017, she has served as Head of Asset Management at Miria Group (formerly GWM Group), an asset manager specializing in real estate and special situations. In 2009, she founded and served as CEO of a real estate advisory firm for Italian and international institutional investors. She was a Director at The Carlyle Group in the European Real Estate team, contributing to the launch of the firm’s activities in Italy in 2002. Previously, she worked at BNL Fondi Immobiliari SGR on the launch of Italy’s second real estate fund.

Since 1997, she has collaborated with the Politecnico di Milano and the Polimi Graduate School of Management, teaching in Master’s programs and executive courses in Real Estate Management.

In 2009, she was appointed Eminent Member of RICS. Since 2019, she has been a member of the General Council of Confindustria Assoimmobiliare. In 2006, she founded AREL – Associazione Real Estate Ladies, where she served as the first president and currently chairs the DEI Committee.

She holds a degree in Architecture from the Politecnico di Milano, an Executive MBA from the Polimi Graduate School of Management, and completed the Board Academy program at Luiss Business School.

She is an ambassador for Dynamo Camp. Curious by nature and passionate about travel, she has visited 70 countries around the world.
