Born in Palermo on June 6, 1967, she is a Partner at EY within the People Advisory Services area, where she has held managerial roles since 1996. She is a member of the Commission on International Labor Mobility at the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Rome and a member of the NED Alumni Steering Committee. Previously, she was Senior Tax Consultant at DT (1991–1996) and Assistant Professor at the Department of Commercial Law at LUISS University (1989–1990).
She is Chair of the Board of Statutory Auditors of Conceria Superior (Prada Group) and has served on the Boards of Statutory Auditors of several Italian companies, including ANSA and GMAC Italia S.p.A.
Graduated with honors in Economics and Commerce from LUISS University (1989), she completed the Leadership Program at Kellogg School of Management (Chicago) and multiple Corporate Governance programs (including the Assogestioni Catch-up Programme and NED Community Courses). Certified Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor.
