Graduated in Law with honors and holds a Ph.D. in Civil Law, in which she was recognized as a Specialist Lawyer in 2023. She has been practicing law since 2008, authorized to appear before higher courts, and completed internships at the CJEU and ECHR. She has received multiple appointments as Sales Delegate and Liquidator and is registered in the list of over-indebtedness crisis managers.
Her professional activity mainly focuses on Civil Law, with specialization in Business Crisis, both in prevention and in crisis management tools, gaining significant experience as a legal advisor in composition and restructuring procedures before various courts and assisting entrepreneurs in early Negotiated Settlement procedures.
To enhance her specialization: she obtained a Master’s in Business Recovery and Insolvency Procedures (2015), attended Advanced Courses at the University of Florence (2018, 2019), and completed the Advanced Course in Crisis Law at LUISS Business School (2022) and the Board Academy at LUISS (2023).
She participates in the Professional Laboratory on Business Crisis Management by Il Sole 24 Ore led by G. Andreani (2024).
She is a frequent speaker at courses and conferences organized by the Milan Business Crisis Commission and the Milan Bar Association for Crisis Manager training (2023–2024).
