About
She holds a degree in Economics and Commerce from La Sapienza University of Rome and a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Roma Tre University. She completed several advanced programs, including ‘The Supervisory Body in Listed Companies’ (Assogestioni and the National Council of Chartered Accountants), ‘Governance Skills for Directors and Statutory Auditors’ (Nedcommunity), and the ‘Board Academy’ (Luiss Business School – Assogestioni). She is currently pursuing a Postgraduate Diploma in ‘Ethics and Artificial Intelligence – Ethical-Managerial Track’ at the Pontifical Antonianum University.
She has served as Statutory Auditor at Raffineria di Milazzo Scpa and Azienda Ospedaliera San Giovanni Addolorata.
She is Chair of the Board of Statutory Auditors at Servizi e Gestioni Italia Srl (Kuwait Petroleum Italia Group) and Statutory Auditor at SPV Cosenza Spa.
