He has held positions as CEO, General Manager, Executive Director, and Chief Financial Officer, the latter involving the implementation of a Finance, Administration & Control function and the subsequent sale of the company through a complex M&A process.

He has often managed extraordinary corporate operations, such as acquisitions or divestitures of companies and business units, mergers, and spin-offs, often introducing new organizational and information systems. He also oversaw the establishment of a non-profit foundation (ETS). His career began in the banking sector, followed by roles in telecommunications, media, healthcare, and the third sector.

He has worked in several areas of corporate finance both in Italy and abroad, holding executive roles in major corporate groups.

He has developed deep expertise in corporate governance, turnaround, and business reorganization.
