Born in Alessandria on July 9, 1959, and based in Rome, his professional activity takes place between Rome, Milan, and London. Senior Partner at Athena Consulenti e Professionisti Associati and Italian representative of Jamieson Corporate Finance, where he provides independent advisory to management teams on extraordinary transactions.
He spent most of his career at PwC (1986–2022), where he was Partner in the Deals division and a member of the Global Management Team for the Energy, Utilities and Resources industry. He was also a member of the Supervisory Board of PwC Italy and part of the Executive Committee of Res4Africa Foundation (Renewable Energy Solutions for Africa).
He holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Parma, is a Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor. Over the last ten years, he has attended executive courses in Corporate Strategy, Business Ethics, Corporate Governance, and Business Development at the London Business School, IMD Lausanne, and the University of St. Gallen.
