Renato Fontana

Born in Rome on November 12, 1975, he is currently Director of the Asset Area at Azienda Strade Lazio SpA. He serves on the EMBA Board at LUMSA University, is a Council Member of the ‘Infrastructure Section’ and a member of the ‘Credit & Finance’ Group at Unindustria, a member of the ‘Finance for Sustainable Development’ group at AsVis, Delegate at PREVINDAI Assembly, and member of the Technical Committee for Finance and Procurement at PIARC.

He has held senior positions in Federmanager (President of the Young Managers and National Board) and in the Founding Committee of FONDIRIGENTI. He began his career in the SANPAOLO IMI Banking Group in Transaction Advisory Services before becoming CFO at ASTRAL. Graduated with honors in Economics from LUISS Guido Carli University (1999).

He is registered as an Innovation Manager with the Italian Ministry of Economic Development (MISE), certified by RINA for managerial competencies ‘Temporary Manager – Finance, Accounting and Controlling (2018)’. He holds a Master’s in Public Administration Management (LUISS SoG and SNA) and an Executive MBA from Politecnico di Milano, in addition to several online certifications, publications, and seminars.
