Tiziana Mennuti

Graduated in Law from the University of Rome “La Sapienza” and qualified as a lawyer, she is an expert in governance and organizational topics, labor law, and people management. Over the past decade, she has enhanced her education by earning the Diploma in Corporate Governance from Luiss Assogestioni Board Academy, a certification in Executive Compensation from Luiss Business School, and a specialized master’s degree in Sustainability Management from SDA Bocconi. Always active in mentoring and coaching programs, she recently obtained the Advanced Coaching certification from the Marina Osnaghi Coaching School.

She is currently Head of HR & Legal at the RDS Group, with over 20 years of professional experience supporting CEOs and Boards of Directors in highly transformative environments, particularly in the media industry. With expertise spanning from strategic human resources management to corporate compliance, she has personally led corporate transformation projects related to generational transitions within family businesses.
