Our approach to corporate governance

The second edition of the advanced training program “Board Academy” by LUISS Business School, in collaboration with Assogestioni, led to the formation of a high-value group — composed of the program’s participants — who initiated a series of conversations and activities aimed at sharing visions, expectations, and skills, united by the common desire to preserve and further enhance the value generated.

This is how Board Ahead was born: a community of practice made up of senior professionals who share the goal of contributing to the development of increasingly resilient companies through the ongoing promotion of sound Corporate Governance practices — thus supporting sustainable business success and the creation of long-term value for all stakeholders.
